What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Assistant position at Fuel Cell Store?
The Fuel Cell Store's mission is to offer the widest selection of fuel cell materials and educational products in the world, as well as the newest products and technologies from renowned international vendors. The main purpose of this position will be to assist the accounting department with the processing of Accounts Receivables.
Our ideal candidate must be well organized, dependable, willing to wear a few different hats, and handle day-to-day operations in a courteous and positive manner. QuickBooks experience is a REQUIREMENT of this position.
Duties Include:
- Processing Invoices
- Contacting customers concerning overdue invoices
- Maintaining Excel databases
- Composing, typing, and editing correspondence, reports, etc.
- Maintaining an accurate filing system and inventory system
Qualifications Include:
- MUST HAVE working knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise
- Being able to answer a phone properly and professionally
- Good understanding of Excel, Word, and PDF
- Excellent organizational skills
- Basic Math knowledge
