Fuel Powersports is looking for a BDC to join our growing team!

- Knowledge of telephone, text, and email techniques and etiquette.
- Familiarity with service procedures, processes, and follow-up.

- Prepares, records, and submits warranty claims to the factory or distributor.
- Ensures timely processing of warranty claims for each franchise or distributor.
- Verifies criteria required by the factory or distributor.
- Reconciles warranty receivables with payments through accounting schedules.
- Resubmits rejected claims promptly or obtains authorization for write-offs.
- Follows up on outstanding claims payments.
