Pay: $60-$70/hr (DOE) on a W2

Hybrid (2 days per week in Seattle, rest of the week remote)

Our Client is looking for a Project Manager that will play a pivotal role in driving their loyalty partnership initiatives in order to enhance revenue, boost customer loyalty, and deliver a seamless consumer experience. You will also manage project implementation and facilitate collaboration across internal teams to ensure delivery timelines are met. You will get to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders though effective communication. This is a great opportunity to work with one of Seattle's most prominent companies!

Day In The Life:

• Oversee and coordinate new and existing partnership initiatives and launches
• Assist in fixe and the resolution of issues
• Help deploy features related to partnerships
• Gathering requirements, identifying stakeholders, and tracking deliverables, owners, and timelines
• Managing regular meetings with key stakeholders to prioritize work and ensure engagement
• Developing workback plans, testing files, and documentation for launches
• Monitoring and promptly addressing risks, issues, and blockers while driving resolution and accountability
• Communicating status updates, meeting notes, and action items to stakeholders on a weekly basis

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in project management
• Familiarity with loyalty ecosystems, and/or e-commerce is preferred
• Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Smartsheet
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to independently manage key actions and next steps
• Experience with stakeholder management
