Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers. Schedule is M-Th 8am— 5pm and Fridays 8am-4pm all days include an hour lunch. We are closed most holidays and they are paid. We offer competitive wages and bonuses with the opportunity to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Gathering & inputting data for our personal lines agents
- Perform data entry to update customer records accurately
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information
- Communicate effectively in English; multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a must
Skills:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Bilingual abilities, specifically in Spanish
- Computer Literacy, Multitasking & being able to prioritize are a must

Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Preferred but not required)
