Associate Attorney
Middleton based law firm looking to hire an associate attorney with a minimum two years of experience in commercial and civil litigation. Familiarity with transactional and business law is a plus.
The desired candidate will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin. Our lawyers are allowed to work remotely when appropriate.
Position requires strong advocacy skills and a person who can take the lead in a case from start to finish, including management of the file. Strong writing and research skills as well as an ability to effectively communicate with clients, coworkers, and opposing counsel are required.
Compensation is commensurate with experience and provides an opportunity to control your own earning potential.
Willingness to participate in business development efforts is essential.
