Associate Attorney - Criminal & Traffic Defense
A well-established, four-attorney firm in Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. This role involves handling a broad range of criminal and traffic defense cases throughout the state. While experience in these areas and trial practice is preferred, it is not required.

Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in criminal and traffic hearings across Wisconsin
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues
- Draft legal documents, including motions and briefs
- Assist in trial preparation and hearings
- Communicate with clients, providing legal advice and case updates
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
- Maintain organized and accurate case files
