Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Assist the Director of PMO in developing and implementing advanced project management processes and methodologies.
- Drive project portfolio management, including advanced knowledge of project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate effective communication across project teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of projects.
- Identify project risks and implement advanced mitigation strategies.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to understand and meet business needs.
- Monitor and report on project progress, financials, and performance metrics.
- Promote continuous process improvement and encourage innovative solutions.
- Coach and mentor Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Proven cGMP experience and working knowledge of CDMO or biopharmaceutical operations, including warehouse and distribution, validation processes, and data integrity compliance.
- Working knowledge of financial acumen and technical writing.
- Proficient in advanced computer applications (e.g., Word, Excel, LIMS) and enterprise systems.
- Advanced knowledge of ERP transactions and GXP enterprise systems.
- Working knowledge of cycle counts, JIT distribution, stock replenishment, and shipping/receiving processes.
- Advanced skills in continuous process improvement and implementing quality systems (e.g., SOPs, Change Control).
- Understanding of FMEAs/risk assessments and Veeva platfor
- Advanced ability to create, approve technical documentation, and manage process introduction tasks.
- Working knowledge of building and demonstrating the feasibility/ROI of new business processes/strategies for improvement.

- At least 8 years of experience managing project teams, preferably within a biopharmaceutical environment.
- Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or Bio-Medical Sciences, or a related field.
- Previous project management or relevant experience in a biopharmaceutical CDMO environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Veeva platform.
