Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to help desk tickets, telephone calls, and e-mail and personnel requests for technical support
- Maintain inventory of devices
- Communicate in a polite and professional manner with all levels of the business
- Work independently and manage time effectively
- Perform software and hardware installations
- Configure, diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware and software
- Assist with computer moves/adds/changes and other related duties and tasks as required or assigned
- Participate in IT projects as required
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office products
- Associates degree or 3-5 years relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) at all levels in the organization
- Ability to function independently and as part of a team
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Proficient with Windows environment and basic networking skills
- Demonstrates good customer service skills and motivation
- Ability to earn new technology and software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and critical thinking skills
