Fulcro Insurance in Puerto Rico (Old San Juan) is looking for the best candidates for the available positions in the different lines of business such as Assistant Account Manager, Account Manager and Senior Account Manager.
Responsabilities :
- Provide technical support to Producers, specifically in analysing client needs, coverage forms and quotations.
- Order and issue binders, certificates, policies, endorsements and other related items, plus verify their accuracy.
- Prepare specifications, summaries of insurance, schedules, proposal and other presentation.
- Participate in meetings with prospects and existing clients.
- Request and assist in the gathering financial statements and other pertinent data required by the company for the bond inssurance and follow up until received.
- Identify customer needs, quote and propose alternatives for both new business and renewals.
- Collaborate with insurers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the insurance market and competition to improve strategies and offerings.
- Design, place and manage insurance programs for assigned book of business.
- Actively work in the risk assessment process, marketing and proposal of insurance programs.
- Serves as the main point of contact with clients and address their risk management questions.
- Liaise with other risk practices such as claims and legal disputes to support our client's needs.
- Work with minimal supervision.
