Fulcro Insurance in Puerto Rico (Old San Juan) is seeking for the best candidates for the available position in the Personal Lines Practice as Account Manager.
Responsabilities :
Provide administrative support to the Personal Lines.
Assist in the procurement and submission of insurance certificates required by the client.
Perform premium collections.
Process online payments.
Process compulsory insurance vouchers.
Verify cancellation notices received from : agencies, insurance and financing companies.
Aids in preparation of letters, binders and general correspondence.
Attach documents in client's digital file.
Requirements :
Prior experience as Assistant Account Manager or at a similar role in the insurance industry.
Must be proficient in Computer Skills inlcuding, Outlook, Word and Excel.
Capacity to work independently, in a team and under pressure.
Provides expected service to the internal customer with speed, efficiency and courtesy.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
