Job Responsibilities:
- Expertly perform pool cleaning, maintenance, equipment checks, and chemical balancing.
- Diagnose and resolve pool equipment issues efficiently.
- Perform repairs on pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters.
- Proactively communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.
- Achieve and exceed company KPIs in efficiency, customer satisfaction, and retention.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of professional pool maintenance experience.
- Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with common pool equipment and chemicals.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work.
- Exceptional communication skills and customer service attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Pool operator certification is highly desirable.
