This is an entry level full-time position with a straightforward growth path. Work with the best and learn from the best. Build the skills required for production in an elite composites manufacturing facility. Initial tasks will involve cutting fabric, preparing tools and a broad variety of assisting tasks for an elite boatbuilding crew. No prior training is required or expected. Essential required skills are the ability and will to work hard and think harder while keeping to a reliable schedule.
-Must be prepared to operate a variety of hand tools and power tools
-Must Have the ability to stand, reach, stretch, crawl, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and walk
-Competitive wages, healthcare and vacation.
-English fluency is preferred. Portuguese also spoken in shop.
-Must be prepared to internalize new details on a daily basis and work in a continuous improvement environment.
