FulcrumAir is a rapidly growing leader in aerial robotic solutions for the electrical utility industry, with offices in Calgary, AB, Wellington, CO and Brisbane, QLD.
We are actively looking to fill the following role:
Title: Contracts and Proposals Manager
Responsibilities:
- Compiling all inbound enquires and initiating discussions with the appropriate internal staff accordingly.
- Becoming an expert in our services and being able to accurately issue detailed proposals on behalf of our Operations teams
- Preparing proposals for customers in collaboration with the appropriate country manger.
- Tracking proposals and required follow up.
- Reviewing/preparing and managing MSA’s
- Managing the company’s sales pipeline.
- Updating and managing company ERP/CRM
- Forecasting workload, assisting in scheduling work.
About the role:
The Global Contracts and Proposals Manager at FulcrumAir works closely with both the Operations and Sales teams to expertly coordinate and optimize inbound work inquiries and opportunities to maximize results. This role requires close attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency, meticulous planning and time-management skills, and the desire to help scale FulcrumAir’s growing global presence. This is an in-office position in our Wellington, CO. facility.
Requirements:
- Approximately 5 years or greater in a similar role in a utility or utility contractor
- Strong computer skills with expert-level Microsoft 365 proficiency (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
- Experience working with an ERP system such as Dynamics, SAP, Odoo, etc.
- Based in the US
- Ability to work closely with a diverse team
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members in markets across the globe
- Post secondary education in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
