We’re opening a brand-new 50,000 sq. ft. 3PL facility on Clements Ferry in Charleston, SC, and we’re building a high-performing team to ensure fast, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment!
As an Order Picker, you will play a key role in selecting, staging, and preparing products for shipment, making sure every order is accurate and on time. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we want you to be part of our exciting launch!
Key Responsibilities:Order Selection & Accuracy
- Pick products from designated warehouse locations based on order details.
- Ensure accuracy in item selection by verifying SKUs, quantities, and product condition.
- Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items to the supervisor immediately.
Efficiency & Productivity
- Work quickly and efficiently to meet daily picking quotas and shipping deadlines.
- Organize and stage picked items in the correct area for packing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly picking zone to prevent errors and improve workflow.
Quality Control & Packing Support
- Double-check orders for accuracy before passing them to the packing team.
- Assist with packing when needed to ensure timely order completion.
- Follow all fulfillment center procedures to maintain high-quality shipments.
Warehouse Safety & Compliance
- Operate equipment (pallet jacks, carts, scanners) safely and according to company policies.
- Follow all warehouse safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Keep work areas clear and organized to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
Requirements:
✔ Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs. as needed.
✔ Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to efficiency and accuracy.
✔ Familiarity with barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
