Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the buying experience for our customers by assisting them with their needs and supporting our Community Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding our homes and communities.
- Give tours of model homes, spec ("ready" homes), or homesites for potential homebuyers.
- Assist with lead generation and follow up.
- Overall help with Model Home management- ensuring the office is orderly, marketing materials are stocked, and ready for customers.
- Filter leads to the community sales manager and help move the buying process forward.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in "color meetings" where homebuyers select the finishes for their homes at our design center- selecting flooring, cabinets, countertops, etc.
Skills
- Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Professional and positive demeanor.
- Experience in real estate or new construction homes is preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members via text, email, etc.
