Position Summary:
As a CSR at Fulkerson Plumbing, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that customers rely on. From answering phones and scheduling appointments to supporting our field techs and helping customers understand their options, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our daily operations run like clockwork.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Schedule calls for plumbing and HVAC jobs
- Provide exceptional customer service and support with a can-do mindset
- Educate customers on our services, maintenance plans, and seasonal specials
- Help convert incoming service calls into long-term customers and replacement leads
- Keep detailed, accurate records in our CRM and dispatch systems
- Coordinate with technicians and managers to ensure timely and efficient service
- Assist with outbound call campaigns, follow-ups, and promotional efforts
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in a customer service or dispatch role (plumbing/HVAC preferred)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Confident working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience with service scheduling software and basic computer systems
- A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for helping people
- Local knowledge of Roswell and surrounding communities is a plus
