Job Overview

As a masonry specialist, you will play a key role in growing this newer division of Full Blast while bringing homeowners outdoor spaces back to life. Duties
Pressure Washing:
- Pressure wash masonry buildings in preparation for applying sealants.
- Pressure wash decorative concrete patios, sidewalks and driveways in preparation for new color and/or sealants.
- Clean other types of surfaces as needed. Surface protection:
- Recolor and seal stamped concrete patios, driveways and walks. Install jointing sand and sealer on paver patios, driveways and walks.
- Apply sealant to masonry buildings.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate jobs with customers based on weather.
- Assist sales staff in marketing and selling the above services. You will be expected to help grow this division of the company.
- Perform snow and ice removal services for our commercial clients during the winter
Requirements
1 - 2 years of hardscaping or concrete installation experience is required. Additional pressure washing experience is preferred. Ability to work at elevated heights. General knowledge of hand and power tools. Previous experience in power washing, exterior cleaning, or a related field (preferred but not required). Strong physical endurance and ability to work outdoors for an extended period of time in various weather conditions. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
