Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive Pay: $150,000-$210,000, which includes base salary and monthly performance-based bonus comp.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Corporate/Commercial Attorney who thrives in a small team and is eager to take ownership of their work. If you are meticulous, entrepreneurial, and want to build lasting relationships with clients while maximizing your earning potential, this could be the right role for you.
In this role, you will:
- Produce a minimum of approximately 1,100 billable hours per year (depending on compensation, and no, this is not a typo)
- Provide start-to-finish legal guidance to businesses on corporate and commercial matters, ensuring they receive clear, actionable advice.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including operating agreements, master service agreements, and M&A documents; guide clients through business formations, restructurings, and corporate governance
- Distill complex legal concepts into simple, strategic recommendations that business owners can easily understand.
- Take a holistic approach to client service—identifying risks and opportunities beyond the immediate issue at hand.
- Manage your own workload with independence, while still benefiting from the resources and collaboration of our firm.
- Generate revenue through exceptional service, with uncapped compensation potential based on revenue-sharing.

About You
The ideal candidate is:
- A California-licensed attorney with at least 6 years experience as a corporate lawyer
- Detail-oriented and meticulous—nothing slips through the cracks.
- A strategic thinker—able to see the big picture and address all of a client’s legal needs, not just the immediate issue.
- Entrepreneurial and revenue-driven—motivated by an uncapped compensation model with direct revenue-sharing incentives.
- Self-sufficient yet collaborative—you take full ownership of your work but appreciate the support of a strong team.
