We’re looking for an ambitious and career-driven individual to join our team as a Barista in Allentown. No experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to help you master the art of crafting exceptional coffee while gaining valuable professional skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Craft Quality Beverages: Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and care.
• Deliver Outstanding Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and ensure every guest has a positive experience.
• Upselling & Sales Growth: Use your communication skills to promote new products, seasonal specials, and loyalty programs.
• Work as a Team: Collaborate with fellow baristas and management to maintain a smooth, fast-paced, and energetic work environment.
• Maintain Cleanliness & Organization: Ensure the café is clean, well-stocked, and operates at the highest standard of hygiene.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up to date on coffee trends, brewing techniques, and customer preferences to enhance the overall experience.
