Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Our real estate team is looking for a rockstar Admin/Transaction Coordinator to keep our deals running smoothly from contract to close!
This is an in-office position at our office in Holly
Hours are 9am-3pm, Monday through Friday
What You’ll Do:
Manage transaction paperwork and deadlines to ensure a seamless closing process
Communicate with agents, clients, lenders, and title companies to keep deals on track
Organize and maintain client files, contracts, and compliance documents
Assist with scheduling closings
Provide administrative support to the team to enhance efficiency
Scanning documents and checks in
Maintain office supplies/answer phone calls
What We’re Looking For:
Real estate experience (preferred but not required)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Friendly, energetic personality when a team-minded attitude
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Tech-savvy with experience in real estate CRMs, Dotloop, or similar platforms, or ability to learn quickly
