Job Description:
This position will be in-office in Holly, MI. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business.
* Lead Follow-Up: Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into sales opportunities.
* Client Management: Maintain a database of leads and clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
* Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our real estate agents with prospective clients.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role strongly preferred.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Phone skills and friendly and professional attitude.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM software and basic computer applications.
* Self-Motivated: Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
* Organized: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Resilient: Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and persistent.
Compensation: Base hourly rate with performance-based bonuses on each deal closed. Uncapped income potential
