Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Bartender- Part Time to join our team at Full House Resorts. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, creating a memorable experience through your attention to detail and warm hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, adhering to our high standards of service excellence.
- Recite complete lists of beverage selections, ensuring that our guests are informed and empowered to make their selection.
- Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and prudent portion control, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Manage orders efficiently, processing transactions accurately and maintaining accountability through receipts provided to guests.
- Frequently check back with and entertain guests, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and building loyalty.
- Prepare the bar area for the next shift, restoring all fruit and supply levels to optimal conditions.
- Sell gaming machine tokens, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the establishment.
- Maintain cleanliness of guest areas at all times, removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtrays to ensure a pristine environment.
- Abide by state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations regarding alcoholic beverage service to minors and potentially intoxicated guests, upholding the company's commitment to responsible service.
- Provide service to internal and external customers, embodying the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation, and Recognition (S.T.A.R.).
- Immediately report any internal control or state regulation violations related to gaming activity to on-site IGC Agents, Security, and Supervisors, adhering to the Self-Reporting Policy.
Other Duties
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to contribute to the team's success.
- May be assigned as a dual rate with another F&B position, providing opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
- Experience Required: Previous bartending experience in a high-volume setting is preferred.
- Education Required: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Skills, Knowledge, and/or Abilities Required: Ability to communicate effectively with others; able to understand and comply with Company and departmental rules and regulations.
- Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 3; Indiana Alcohol Beverage permit. Obtain/maintain company alcohol awareness certification.
- Other Specialized Requirements:
