Food Service Role at Full House Resorts
At Full House Resorts, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a server. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, maintaining a clean and organized station, and completing assigned tasks efficiently.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Guest Service: Ensure timely and accurate service to guests by following the correct sequence of service. This includes serving food and beverages according to room standards, ensuring quality and presentation, and promoting a positive atmosphere.
- Maintenance of Station: Maintain a clean and organized station during shifts, adhering to company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Assist fellow servers in providing exceptional guest service and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
**Additional Responsibilities:**
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by management, including informing on-site IGC Agents, Security, and Supervisors of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity.
**Requirements:**
- Previous food service experience is preferred, but not necessary. A high school diploma or equivalent is also desirable.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a strong understanding of company policies and procedures.
- An Indiana Alcohol Beverage permit is required for this position, and applicants must be at least 19 years old.
