- Support colleagues in providing exceptional service to our guests.
- Complete assigned tasks promptly and efficiently.
- Process guest transactions accurately and according to company policy.
- Wear professional attire and name tags as required.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about resort events and hours of operation for all F&B outlets.
- Provide exceptional customer service that reflects our S.T.A.R. values.
- Report any internal control or state regulation violations related to gaming activity to designated personnel.
