What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Food & Beverage Manager position at Full House Resorts?
Essential Job Functions:
Manage front of house supervisory team and staff.
Direct and manage schedules and work assignments; provide daily oversight of assigned management personnel and their actions.
Assign and perform duties associated with recruiting and staffing.
Administer the Food & Beverage performance evaluation process and related documentation to include writing, reviewing, submitting and approving.
Coordinate and/or provide training to managers, supervisors and front-line staff.
Monitor overall operations and suggest/initiate/implement improvement ideas.
Review and coordinate the suggestions by managers and supervisors pertaining to special events and functions involving other departments and agencies.
Develop training materials and manuals and provide training related to food and alcohol procedures, administrative procedures, safety, documentation, etc.
Identify and incorporate information and procedures into training to meet regulatory and Company requirements.
Ensure personnel adhere to State, Federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and potentially intoxicated guests.
Act in relation to employees, customers, and/or general public in a manner consistent with the best interests of the Company.
Implement, enforce and adhere to Company and Departmental policies and procedures and safety standards.
Coordinate Micros changes and programming in the Food and Beverage Department.
Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to
gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.
