A Food and Beverage Manager at the High Note Homewood Suites by Hilton Newport is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest experience and financial profitability.
- Operational Oversight: Managing daily operations of restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet facilities to ensure high-quality service and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising food and beverage staff, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting teamwork.
- Financial Management: Developing and managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue through effective pricing and promotional strategies.
