What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff Accountant position at Full House Resorts?
Responsible for assisting the Corporate Accounting Manager with accurately performing financial activities related to the General Ledger, Treasury, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets in accordance with established policies, procedures, and controls.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts in a timely, effective manner.
- Assist in preparing and distributing daily Cash Report.
- Prepares assigned journal entries.
- Assist with fixed assets accounts.
- Assist with banking.
- Held accountable, to a high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of work.
- Maintains the highest level of confidentiality.
- Must be able to maintain appropriate Gaming License, if necessary.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
- Assist in other duties and projects as assigned.
