About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Server Assistant to join our team at Full House Resorts. As a server assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service.
Key Accountabilities:
- Foster a positive dining experience for guests by following the correct sequence of service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace during shifts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding service and support each other when needed.
- Accurately handle guest receipts and perform assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Adhere to company policies regarding uniform attire and name tags.
- Serve food and beverages as per room standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Remain informed about casino events and operating hours to provide relevant information to guests.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, embodying our company culture (S.T.A.R.).
- In case of internal control or state regulation violations, immediately report to the IGC Agent, Security, and Supervisor on Duty.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the food service industry is an asset.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is considered desirable.
- Effective communication and compliance with company policies are essential.
- An Indiana Alcohol Beverage permit is mandatory (19 years plus 1 day minimum).
