Server Position at Full House Resorts
Essential Job Functions:
- Ensure timely and accurate service to guests by following the correct sequence of service.
- Maintain a clean and organized station during shifts, adhering to company standards.
- Assist fellow servers in providing exceptional guest service, promoting a positive atmosphere.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently, meeting productivity expectations.
- Handle guest receipts in accordance with internal casino/resort policies.
- Present a professional image through proper uniform attire and name tags.
- Serve food and beverages according to room standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Stay informed about casino/resort events and operating hours for all F&B outlets.
- Provide service that reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation, and Recognition (S.T.A.R.).
- Inform on-site IGC Agents, Security, and Supervisors of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity, adhering to the Self-Reporting Policy.
Other Job Functions:
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
Job Qualifications:
- Previous food service experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate with others and understand/comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations.
- Indiana Alcohol Beverage permit required (minimum age 19 years and 1 day).
$8.00 - $10.00 per hour (estimated salary range based on title, job description, and location).
