Position: Special Needs Specialist

As a Special Needs Specialist, you'll play a key role in empowering our participants to lead fulfilling, self-directed lives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily living tasks to promote independence
• Encouraging personal growth and social skills development
• Supporting individuals in achieving their goals and aspirations
• Providing compassionate care and fostering a sense of community

You'll work closely with participants to guide them in setting and reaching personal objectives while helping them gain more independence and confidence in their daily lives.

• Competitive Pay:

  • Part-time: $17.50/hr
  • Full-time: $20.00/hr
  • Training pay: $16.00/hr

Qualifications:

We're looking for compassionate individuals who want to make a real difference. The ideal candidate should have:

• High school diploma or GED (skills evaluation available)
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• No prior experience is required - we provide full training!
