Position: Special Needs Specialist
As a Special Needs Specialist, you'll play a key role in empowering our participants to lead fulfilling, self-directed lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily living tasks to promote independence
- Encouraging personal growth and social skills development
- Supporting individuals in achieving their goals and aspirations
- Providing compassionate care and fostering a sense of community
You'll work closely with participants to guide them in setting and reaching personal objectives while helping them gain more independence and confidence in their daily lives.

Competitive Pay:
- Part-time: $17.50/hr
- Full-time: $20.00/hr
- Training pay: $16.00/hr

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED (skills evaluation available)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
