Overview
The Project Coordinator role at Full Media would be ideal for a self-starter with strong attention to detail, who excels at meeting deadlines and has the capacity for creative problem-solving. This position requires a strong communicator with the ability to facilitate collaboration across teams and to keep all parties adequately informed. This Project Coordinator would be contributing to both client-facing projects such as website development and internal projects.
We have one opening for the right candidate either in this Project Coordinator role or with more experience as a Project Manager. We are open to hiring this candidate within a commutable distance either to our Gainesville, GA or Chattanooga, TN office.
This position is classified as non-exempt and reports to the Chief Operations Officer. We are open to considering candidates seeking either full time or part time positions (24 – 40 hours per week).
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate custom website project deliverables by:
*Ensuring timely completion of tasks to meet project milestones, by both directly executing and facilitating execution by team members
*Overseeing accuracy of project details and progress within project management tools
*Collaborating with Client Services Lead on weekly production schedules for Website Development team
*Facilitating regular internal meetings with team members to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions
*Monitoring project scope and budget, providing project lead advance notice of potential issues
*Assisting in webpage content migration as needed
*Performing final QA checks prior to client delivery to ensure clients’ goals are met and project is faithfully delivered according to scope
- Manage client-communication for custom website projects, including:
*Coordinating acquisition of assets from client necessary for project
*Sending regularly scheduled project status emails
*Collecting edit requests from client, overseeing edits through completion and detailing progress in client status updates
*Preparing meeting agendas and participating in client check-in calls
*Documenting client calls and sending meeting summaries within 1 business day
- Assist in execution of Full Media internal projects by:
*Partnering with leadership team or initiative leader to develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and internal/external resources budgeting
*Working cross-functionally to ensure timely project execution
*Facilitating regular internal meetings with team members to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions
*Monitoring project scope and budget, providing project lead advance notice of potential issues
- Tracking/managing time, setting appropriate expectations with project stakeholders, and staying within budgeted hours for a project
- Respectfully giving feedback and holding team members accountable for their contributions to facilitate successful projects
- Facilitate project post-mortems in support of continual process improvement
- Communicating cross-functionally with team members from Website Development, Digital Marketing, Sales and Accounting depending on project scope
- Zooming out of the day-to-day and looking for opportunities to support overarching company goals such as proactively taking on tasks that would free up team member for higher level projects, looking for ways to improve team processes, or sharing knowledge cross-functionally

Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing projects successfully to completion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and superbly organized
- Excellent time management skills
- Undergraduate degree OR high school diploma/GED plus two years of experience in a professional work environment
- Eligible to work in the US
Preferred Experience
- Experience using project management tools (Zoho, Trello, etc.)
- Familiarity with WordPress website content management system
- Familiarity with digital marketing, including SEO and Google Analytics
Growth Trajectory
Full Media team members work collaboratively with their leaders to develop individualized growth goals that support career enhancement. Potential growth trajectories of this role could include one or more of the following:
- Expanding project management skills to grow into a Project Manager role
- Increasing responsibilities to promote the growth of our ReadySites program in a Product Manager capacity
- Developing SEO, copywriting and/or analytics skills to contribute or lead digital marketing engagements

- $45,000 - $55,000/year
