They are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join the growing People team to support a maternity leave coverage. This role will support our employees and the People team with onboarding, benefits, HR systems and more. This role will have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of people initiatives and make an immediate impact as our company scales.

They are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join the growing People team to support a maternity leave coverage. This role will support our employees and the People team with onboarding, benefits, HR systems and more. This role will have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of people initiatives and make an immediate impact as our company scales.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and employee inquiries.
- Onboarding new employees using UKG (including I-9 verification) to ensure an outstanding new hire experience.
- Provide in-office support including supply management, mail collection, and visitor registration.
- Serve as the main contact for employees regarding immigration-related matters, including case processing for new visas and visa transfers.
- Respond to employee questions related to policies, benefits, and HR processes.
- Ad Hoc People Ops projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience.
- 4 years of experience in a human resources or people role
- 4 years of experience with benefits administration
- Experience with immigration processes
- Experience with HR systems (UKG, Checkr, Envoy)
- General knowledge of HR compliance
- Experience as an administrator in UKGPro (including BI reporting)
- Strong experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
- Accountable and always looking to improve
- Someone who is excited to support our people
- Expected timeframe is March 2025 through the end of July 2025.
