Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with a deep understanding of paid social media advertising and PPC campaigns on Google, Bing, and Meta platforms. You should be passionate about digital marketing, influencer engagement, and multi-platform media strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok
• Analyze and interpret campaign performance data, providing actionable recommendations
• Develop and manage social media strategies tailored to client goals
• Utilize social media marketing tools for audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign tracking
• Work collaboratively with account managers, creative teams, and web analytics specialists  
• Manage organic content scheduling and community engagement
• Identify relevant TikTok & influencer marketing opportunities
• Ensure all campaigns align with best practices, platform updates, and industry trends

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in paid digital advertising.  
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Business Suite.  
• Strong understanding of campaign analytics, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking
• Experience using influencer discovery platforms  
• Excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills
