The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, providing information and directing calls as necessary.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document proofreading.
- Utilize computer systems for booking, scheduling, and maintaining client records.
- Assist with various office tasks as needed to support the team’s operations.
Skills
- Proficient in computer literacy with experience in Google Suite and other administrative software.
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience as a personal assistant is a plus, showcasing strong multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with computerized filing systems to maintain accurate records.
