**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the unstepping and stepping of masts
- De-rig and rig masts with precision
- Install and test electrical components in masts
- Perform various repair and maintenance tasks as required
- Address clients' queries related to boat maintenance
- Repair faulty or malfunctioning rigging components
- Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation
- Cultivate high levels of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
