We are seeking multiple full-time security officers for our Full Service Hospitality location.
Duties Include:
- Greet customers and perform a limited amount of on-site verification
- Answer incoming calls and contact customer regarding an emergency situation
- Maintain a positive attitude, keep professional communication with customers, and maintain a safe environment for customers
- Utilize appropriate action plan to resolve customer issues
- Complete various tasks assigned by management
- Complete applications for new patients as they become available
- Follow up on opened patient accounts to ensure they are being serviced
- Follow up on open patient questions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred.
- 1-year experience in customer service preferred. Aptitude for meeting deadlines is required.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand, kneel, bend, and walk for entire shift.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
