Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing team in Viera, FL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective behavior plans for our clients within the ABA model.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans for clients
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Techs
  • Maintain accurate records and data on client progress
  • Provide ongoing support and training to families
  • Travel within county to provide in-home support to clients and families

Requirements

  • Master's degree in special education or related human services field
  • Valid driver's license and current car insurance
  • BCBA certification number
