Full Spectrum, LLC is seeking Licensed Drone Pilots/Operators and Drone Assistant Show Technicians to join our team. An AV background is preferred. We offer both full-time and seasonal opportunities.
At Full Spectrum, we design and produce immersive show experiences across the country, including theme parks, aquariums, sports facilities, intelligent fountains, and iconic buildings. Our productions integrate drones, lasers, video projection, theatrical lighting, sound, and pyrotechnics to create stunning visual spectacles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and operation of multi-drone light shows and technical elements for live productions.
- Participate in show load-ins and load-outs for each event.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring immediate and long-term solutions.
- Maintain, repair, and inventory drones and related equipment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Work takes place in an active, outdoor environment, sometimes in inclement weather.
- Travel is required.
- Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Show production demands may require long hours, including up to a 7-day workweek at times.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Experience with drone operation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
- Basic troubleshooting, repair, and technical skills (e.g., soldering, crimping, PC hardware/software knowledge).
- Comfortable working at heights up to 35ft, using ladders and operating lifts.
- Physically capable of lifting/moving up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong communication skills and professional work ethic.
Job Details:

- Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule & Availability:
- Day, night, and holiday shifts
- Weekend availability required
Additional Application Details:
- Experience: FAA Part 107 License & Drone-related work (1 year preferred)
- License: Valid Driver’s License (Required)
- Willingness to travel: Up to 50% (Preferred)
