Graphic Designer — Job Description
The Graphic Designer will work directly with FSM"s design team, and collaborate with web, story, digital, project and account team colleagues. You will create marketing and advertising materials across a wide variety of platforms (social, print, digital, web and more!) for a range of predominantly B2B clients.
This position is hybrid with three days in the office and two days remote (W/F) after a 90-day probationary period. Fully remote applications will not be considered.

- Excellent working knowledge of graphic design and user experience best practices
- Visual design platforms:
- Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe Express)
- Figma
- Email building platforms (MailChimp, Constant Contact)
- Google Slides or PowerPoint
- Basic video editing and motion graphic creation a plus (Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects)
- File management, including platforms like Google Drive and Adobe CC Libraries
- Strong communication skills
- Become immersed in a subject and learn quickly.
- Able to research and discern quality materials and design assets (stock photography, fonts, graphic assets, etc.)
- Quickly switch gears from client to client in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and focused on the details.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Ability to define and defend the strategy of your work.
- Client-first, service mentality.
- Degree in graphic design or related visual communications studies.
- 3-5 years of experience in a visual arts setting (graphic designer) in an agency or in-house with an organization producing its own marketing.
