What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at Full Spectrum Retirement Plans, LLC?
Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities:
- Bi-Weekly Payroll using Gusto Payroll
- Obtain all required personnel records for new hires and maintain employee files and poster requirements
- Daily bank deposits online and apply payments to appropriate client in QuickBooks
- Prepare weekly QuickBooks financial reports that show accounts receivable due, accounts payable due and sales for the week
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements monthly
- Create and mail monthly account statements, track past due amounts and follow-up on slow paying clients
- Prepare Form 1099’s at yearend
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related job assignments as needed
Work Hours & Benefits:
Hours are from 9 am to 5:30 pm with flex time an option after training is completed. We offer 8 paid holidays per year, 6 paid sick days per year, 1 week’s paid vacation after one year, and a 401(k) plan with Profit Sharing.
