Description / Purpose of position
We are looking for new champions to join our Recruiting Department. As an Appointment Generator, you will be responsible for calling and setting appointments with candidates on the searches we are working on.You will work closely with the recruiting leadership team to deliver outreach through channels such as phone calls, emails, SMS and other digital channels.
Duties / Responsibilities
HIGH VOLUME OUTBOUND CALLS
The role of the Business Development is to identify, connect, and qualify leads for the senior recruiting team
Scheduled meetings that convert to new candidate relationships through well crafted automated prospecting messages and scripted phone calls
Works with the recruiting team to prioritize efforts, refine selling strategies share results and plan next steps in a creative and proactive manner
Partners with the recruiting team to assist in pipeline development, scheduling meetings, and creating qualified opportunities
Hits or exceeds a company's conversion quotas by delivering qualified meetings
Prioritize and multitask based on business needs
Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Education :
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
BA / BS degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred but not required
Experience :
Equivalent work experience
Motivated self starter
Excellent English communication, written, and verbal skills required
Characteristics / Skills :
Proficiency in Apple computers
Experience with a CRM, if not will train
High level of positivity and energy to learn in a high growth team focused environment
Self motivated and competitive who enjoys being part of a super dynamic team
Excellent phone skills
Excellent time management skills and desire to challenge yourself daily
