The Pool Service Manager is a management role responsible for overseeing the weekly pool service operations, including managing pool technicians and ensuring a positive client experience. The role requires a strong background in pool maintenance, water chemistry, and equipment management, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

This position will be located in and around the Houston, Texas area.
Job Description
- Managing, leading, and training pool technicians
- Ensuring quality customer service and safe, clean water
- Interacting with clients on a regular basis
- Performing fieldwork including minor repairs, diagnoses and problem-solving
- Turning green pools blue and training staff
- Filling in on a pool cleaning route as needed
- Involving in new client and pool equipment sales
- Consistently inspects pool and equipment; provides solutions / troubleshoots any issues.
- Using pool software to plan daily routes and work orders
- Resolves client or customer concerns and provides excellent customer care
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills / Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and customer service skills.
- The ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work outside year-round in a variety of conditions.
- Water competency – must be able to swim.
- Ability to work and communicate well with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently and handle a variety of tasks
- Strong organizational skills and dependability
- Positive attitude
- Texas driver's license with a good driving history
- Attention to detail
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma / GED (preferred but not required).
- At least 2 years of pool company experience
- At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor
