Are you detail-oriented and passionate about compliance and payroll? We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Admin Payroll Supervisor at our Food Distribution Center in Redlands, CA.
Pay $68K
Shift : TBD
Job Purpose : To provide primary operational support for the Payroll Manager by administering the day to day aspects of a multi-state payroll department within the Admin office.
Job Description :
- Review and approve weekly Agency and company payroll.
- Review and approve agencies PAR, payroll action requests.
- Prepare payroll cost reports for Admin and Accounting both weekly and monthly with additional reporting needs as required
- Support company multi-state distribution center payroll specialists
- Serve as back up in the absence of Admin Payroll Manager.
- Internal company / Payroll Auditing, quarterly and annually
- Travel to company distribution centers required
- Work other related duties / projects as assigned
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Candidates must be comfortable presenting in remote and in person meetings.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail
- Effective Communication; Written & Verbal
- Candidates must be clear and concise.
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Skilled in Document Control
- Contract & COI Comprehension
- Candidates must be able to read and understand contracts & COIs. The ideal candidate should be able to review contracts and identify any areas for review and make recommendations.
