Description
This position is required to be in-office 2 days a week (Tue/Thur).
The Project Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating the successful installation of assigned product lines. This position works closely with members of the Sales, Engineering Services, Client Services, Marketing, and Operations to ensure continuity in product offering and company goals. The Project Manager is also responsible for adhering to and promoting the company values by performing duties in a manner that is consistent with being a team leader and supports the continued growth of the company.
Essential Functions

- Run assigned projects and accounts as P&L, keeping track of sales revenue associated with the installation and product and assigned costs to ensure that quote margin profiles are maintained.
- Develop and maintain an intimate working knowledge of all product line offerings, along with any options or accessories.
- Work with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, schedule, and execute a successful installation and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.
- Assist sales and engineering services in product installation planning and preparation, to drive best in class customer service whilst supporting company key performance indicators
- Manage and lead communication related to the product install to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction whilst supporting Full Swing Key performance indicators
- Manage and communicate product information and product changes both internally and externally, ensuring risk’s, budget and company KPI’s are closely managed
- Manage the following product KPI’s,
- Product and installation budgets
- Customer Satisfaction
- Installation Fulfillment levels
- Support the company wide Sales and Operations Planning meeting, by preparing relevant reports and updates to ensure and support and effective S&OP process.
- Lead with a solution and problem solving mindset and lead and drive continuous improvement activities in support of improving client satisfaction and company wide goals
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office and warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Travel
This position requires up to 15% travel. Some of the travel may be international.
Requirements
Required Education, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- PMP certified
- Must have proven skill level to interpret blueprints and other project documents, including but not limited to, specifications, reporting and quality requirements.
- Five years of product management experience in a construction environment.
- Knowledge of building environments, contractor roles, and basic construction terminology.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must foster collaboration across disciplines and departments.
- Ability to synthesize data and provide clear recommendations.
- Passion for innovation and high-level strategic thinking.
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills
- Experience in sports or simulator technology industries.
- Experience with electrical, network, power and hand tools.
- Knowledge of computer, projector, and electrical wiring.
