Description
The sales representative for upgrades is responsible for providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. They are also responsible for reaching out to existing customers to offer upgrades and exclusive offers.
What You Will Do
- Manage/call existing customer base to sell upgraded sport simulator opportunities
- Perform remote Zoom meetings for customer training
- Educate customers on new tech and software offerings
- Provide value in all interactions both with our customers and internally
- Ability to identify and manage emotions and handle interactions with others sensibly and empathetically
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Adapt to new situations, handle change, and balance multiple demands
- Partner with our field sales teams to accelerate identified sales opportunities
- Improve customer satisfaction by developing strong relationships with customers and field team
- Work with customers and internal team to put together tech/software packages to modernize golf simulators
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Rigorous follow up and teaming with the field team on deal and customer engagement strategies
- Take accountability and exhibit resilience to succeed on a competitive sales floor
- Perform other sales focused tasks as needed to drive sales growth

Requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Required Education, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree OR 2 of previous consultative/technical sales experience
- Strong golf acumen with competitive nature
- CRM experience; preferably Salesforce
- General proficiency in computers and software
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal, phone and written communication skills
- Strong sales experience with track record of results
- Self-starter motivated to close opportunities in a collaborative style
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
- Software sales experience preferred
- Experience in golf industry
- Self-learner, willing to stretch their understanding of work tools and resources
