Join Our Team as an Accounting Clerk!
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Clerk to support our finance team with day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks. What You Will Do
- Manage for Accounts Payable for Canadian Subsidiary
- Manage Accounts Receivable for Canadian Subsidiary
- Support the Accounting team with basic booking services (Reconciliations, Basic Journal Entries)
- Support Sales Tax filings for Canadian Subsidiary
- Support projects for process improvement and cross function collaboration
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant bookkeeping experience as a substitute for a degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to work cross-functionally across departments
- NetSuite/SalesForce experience is a plus
