Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, detailed daily and monthly transactions, and other documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and sending out meeting invitations
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as accounts receivable and double entry bookkeeping
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Assist with any store runs as needed and purchasing supplies for the office
- Utilize accounting software, such as google drive, google docs, google sheets
- Provide support to the office manager and other team members as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in governmental accounting or public accounting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping duties
- Familiarity with submitting and updating vendor documents as needed
- Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable & payroll processing
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in google drive (docs, sheeets)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
