What are the responsibilities and job description for the INSIDE SALES ADMINISTRATOR position at Full Vision Inc?
Job Description: Performs general clerical office duties related to the sale, production and shipment of Fabricated parts & Trackmaster medical grade treadmills. Includes, but not limited to, computer processing, keyboard entry, filing, telephone communication.
Essential Functions: Requires continuous sitting or standing for extended periods. Requires extensive keyboard entry. Requires compatibility with normal computer screens. Regular attendance and starting on time are essential.
Primary Responsibility:
As the customers direct contact, provide the highest degree of customer service. Coordinate the flow of sales orders from entry through to production, and ultimately, final shipment to customer. Manage customer inquiries and quote generation, sales order administration and by coordinating with production. Coordinates all Trackmaster treadmill shipments both domestically and internationally.
Specific Responsibilities Expectation
Customer Service
Ensure the customer is our number one priority their business is our business. Effectively keep customers informed and up to date on inquiries, orders and order status. Expedite internal FV & TM activities as necessary to meet the customer expectations. Communicate unresolved customer problems to manager right away.
Retention of existing customers
As a direct interface, timely and thorough communications is essential for retention and to meet customer expectations.
Accurate and timely administration of RFQs, customer orders and inquiries
FVI business systems and records must be up-to-date and accurately maintained. This enables other FVI team members to effectively serve our customers.
Product Scheduling
Timely maintain order entry system to facilitate product scheduling and material procurement through MRP.
Contract pricing
Assist Manager with the maintenance and administration of customer contract pricing.
Shipping Logistics
Coordination of all Trackmaster treadmill shipments regarding freight quoting, scheduling, documentation preparation and post-shipment follow-up. Includes domestic and international shipments.
Internal customer service
Assist other departments as it relates to external customers.
FVI Quality procedures
Must follow and support all policies and procedures relating to our Quality Management System including ISO 13485 MDSAP and ISO 9001 requirements. Provide administration and support to satisfy our customers requirements and Full Visions requirements.
Other duties
As assigned by supervisor/manager.

- 2 Shipping Logistics experience with an emphasis on international shipments preferred

- High school or GED, undergrad degree desirable, not required
- Passage of drug screen and Wonderlic test
