POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager, Customer Loyalty Marketing will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing all marketing initiatives related to increasing customer loyalty. This includes managing a portfolio of private label credit cards, a new loyalty program, and multiple paid loyalty programs. This individual will partner with external and internal teams including our bank partner, creative, eCommerce, merchandizing, etc. The objective of this role is to provide our customer with a world-class experience that drives sales through membership, customer engagement, and perceived value.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage day-to-day operations for our private label credit (PLCC) program across 7 different credit cards.
- Partner with our bank and internal teams to launch credit card marketing campaigns to customers in the areas of email, website, and direct mail.
- Oversee report creation for accurate, insightful weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
- Assist in launching and managing loyalty programs including new portfolio-wide loyalty programs and brand specific paid loyalty programs.
- Analyze current program successes and challenges and develop and execute action plans for performance increases.
- Develop and implement testing roadmap to improve program through data driven new ideas.
- Partner with the Director to develop and implement the execution of all loyalty programs as well as the development of new initiatives including the strategy for all creative briefs, communications, and analysis of results.
- Serve as the loyalty point of contact across Brand, Marketing, Creative and Customer Service teams to ensure alignment on initiatives and processes.
- Clearly communicate strategy, initiatives and project status to all parties, analyze solutions, resolve issues, identify alternatives, and make appropriate recommendations for resolution to ensure success.
- Identify capabilities and technology enhancements to improve customer experience and drive incremental behavior among the private label credit card customer. Prioritize and build business cases for the same and partner with a cross functional group to lead execution
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree is Marketing or related field, Master’s degree is desirable
- 3-4 years of Credit Card/multi-tender loyalty Marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and SAS is necessary
- Strong relationship management skills are required.
- Effective problem solving abilities needed.
- Understanding of CRM, segmentation strategies and approaches, required.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage frequent overlapping demands and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external individuals.
- Ability to communicate effectively with partners and associates.
