Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong educational background, preferably in education or a related field. Previous experience as a tutor or teacher using VA SOLs is highly beneficial. You must be able to pass a background check and believe that every child can learn. Strong communication and organizational skills are also essential for success in this position.
